Police On Lookout, No Critical Injuries

The Munich police has asked residents to remain in their homes as they are on the look out for the suspect who stabbed multiple people. The advisory given was to stay away from Ostbahnhof, Ostpark and Rosenheimer Platz.

They have confirmed that no one is critically injured.

Man Stabs Multiple People in Munich

A man attacked and injured five people with a knife in the German city of Munich on Saturday at Rosenheimer Platz, police said on Twitter, adding that they were searching for the suspect, whose motive remains unclear.

Police urged people in the city to remain at home and described the suspect as a man in his 40s who had fled the scene on a black bicycle, wearing grey trousers, green jacket with a backpack with a sleeping mat.
