Two armed men opened fire after entering a private school in Bahawalnagar area of Punjab in Pakistan, said a report in Express News .

According to the reports, heavy contingents of police have reached the site and surrounded the school but the men managed to escape.

All the students were safely evacuated from the school but the school guard recieved injuries during the gunfire.

Last week, militants stormed a police training centre near Quetta killing at least 61 security personnel and leaving 165 others injured.
