A post is doing the rounds on social media platforms to claim that the United States Supreme Court has ordered President Donald Trump to either deport his family or resign from his post.

The viral clip had garnered over 1.7 lakh likes on the platform. We received a query about a similar claim on our WhatsApp tipline as well.

What are the facts?: There is no available evidence to support the claim that the US top court had asked President Trump to either resign or deport his family. This makes the claim fake.

How did we find that out?: We first noticed multiple comments in the viral post, where users pointed out that they 'wished' if the the claim was true.
