In the 45-second video clip, two men are attacking a man while a woman tries to stop one of them.

The post allegedly blamed Trinamool 'goons' for attacking BJP worker Sagar Roy after he resisted Trinamool's attempt at booth capturing.

FACT

The claim made with the video clip is false.

The video is actually from an incident that took place in Bihar's Bhagalpur.

A news agency called Prabhat Khabar carried a story where the video of the incident was of a family feud which escalated. The man attacked in the video was actually killed by his father and younger brother.

According to the report, the incident took place on 16 April and the police called it a family feud which led to the murder. Both the brother and the father accused the victim of drinking and indulging in physical violence at home.

Hence, the video is not that of TMC workers attacking a BJP worker for resisting polling booth capturing by TMC.
