Finding the original video: Team WebQoof performed a simple Google Lens search, which directed us to a video posted on the official YouTube channel of NBC News.

  • It was shared on 19 August 2020 and was titled, "Watch Bill Clinton’s Full Speech At The 2020 DNC | NBC News."

Comparing visuals: We compared a keyframe from the viral clip to the visuals available on the YouTube video and found that both of them are from the same incident.

  • Clinton's attire as well as the background appears to be the same in both the clips.

A comparison clearly highlights the similarities.
