Both Modi and Trump are Nationalistic: Shalabh Kumar to The Quint

Donald Trump’s adviser, Shalabh Kumar, drew parallels between the US President and Prime Minister Narendra Modi in an exclusive interview with The Quint.

The Chicago-based Indian American businessman who was the biggest individual donor to Trump’s presidential campaign said Trump and Modi have very similar philosophies.

In the United States, Trump rallied to make America great again while Modi wanted to make India great with his Make in India scheme.

They’re both nationalistic and business minded, he added.
