One of the Aam Aadmi Party’s prominent leaders, Kumar Vishwas, celebrated his birthday on Wednesday. The bash was skipped by Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal, who nonetheless wished him on Twitter.

It was a lavish party in Delhi’s Chanakyapuri area which was attended by big politicians, stars and journalists.

The guest list included:

  • The National Security advisor, Ajit Doval
  • Union minister, Ravi Shankar Prasad
  • Former UPA minister Kamal Nath
  • Industrialist Navin Jindal
  • BJP MP and singer Manoj Tiwari
  • BJP MP Shatrughan Sinha and several other BJP leaders.

Actor Anupam Kher of the BJP also took the opportunity to wish Vishwas on twitter.

The list indicates Kumar’s association with Bharatiya Janata Party members and has led to rumours of Kumar moving to the BJP, although the AAP leader had supposedly rubbished the allegations when asked.

Last year, Vishwas was seen celebrating his birthday with Kejriwal and Sisodia, which coincided with the AAP’s win in Delhi.
