Delhi Police Arrests AAP MLA Naresh Balyan in Assault Case

• Delhi Police arrested Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Balyan on Friday.
• Balyan was booked last week for allegedly assaulting Uttam Nagar RWA president oHenry George.
• A case had been registered against Balyan under sections 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (wrongful restraint), 451 (assault) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC.
