BJP MP Kirti Azad is upset because Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has not filed any defamation case against him.

I am the one who raised this issue. AAP & Congress is taking an issue that I raised to the court. I’m upset the defamation case isn’t against me, I wish the case was against me.

Jaitley reached Patiala House Court on Monday afternoon to file a criminal defamation case against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other five AAP leaders. Apart from Kejriwal, cases were filed against Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Kumar Vishwas, Raghav Chadha and Deepak Bajpai. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Venkaiah Naidu, in a show of strength and support, also reached the court.

Senior Supreme Court advocate and former additional solicitor general of India Siddharth Luthra representing Jaitley mentioned tweets, Facebook posts and press statements by AAP leaders Kumar Vishwas and Raghav Chhadha during the hearing.
