2 Robbers Open Fire Near Akshardham Temple, No Injuries Reported

Delhi police on Thursday, 21 February, arrested two robbers, after the duo fired gunshots on them near Akshardham Temple, India Today reported.

No injuries were reported.

When the police came face-to-face with the duo near the temple, they opened fire – but were arrested later. As per reports, a case was registered against the robbers at the Pandav Nagar police station, roughly 4 km away from the temple.

The identity of the robbers remains unknown.

Following the incident, the police deployed heavy security around Akshardham temple.
