Woman Allegedly Gang-raped by Husband’s Relatives in Hyderabad

The accused threatened to harm the woman’s three children if she protested, the police said.

A 25-year-old woman was allegedly raped in Hyderabad by her husband’s relative and two others, NDTV reported.

The woman's complaint said her husband's brother-in-law's relatives gang-raped her when her husband was not home.

The accused threatened to harm her three children if she protested, the police said, NDTV reported.

One man took the children to the adjacent room and the others reportedly took turns to rape her.

A case under relevant sections has been registered, NDTV reported quoting the police.

The family had moved to Hyderabad from Rajasthan three months ago and her husband works as an auto-driver.
