Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been housed in Israel’s most secure hotel suite for his three-day visit to the Jewish nation.
At the King David Hotel, director of operations Sheldon Ritz, who is incharge of the PM’s visit told the Times of India:
Over 100 rooms in the hotel have been cleared to accommodate Modi and his delegation. “We have hosted every US president in this century, from Clinton, Bush, Obama and, three weeks ago, Trump. And now we are hosting Mr Modi,” Ritz told the daily.
According to reports, the cookies in PM Modi’s suite are eggless and sugarless – to suit the PM’s vegan diet. His suite also has a kitchen in case he gets hungry and wants his valet to whip something up.
