In 2nd Animated Video, PM Modi Teaches Tadasana Ahead of Yoga Day

In yet another attempt to encourage the people to join the ‘Fit India’ movement, PM Modi, on Thursday, 6 June, shared a 3D video tutorial for ‘Tadasana’, a modern Yoga pose.

In the video, one can see a 3D animation of PM Modi explaining how to do the Tadasana pose.

The more-than 2 minute clip of PM Modi’s 3D animation comes in the run-up to the fourth International Yoga Day, celebrated on 21 June.

Sharing the video, PM Modi said Tadasana enables people to practice other Asana’s with ease.

On Wednesday, 5 June morning, PM Modi had put another video of his animated version doing the Trikonasana.

The animated video shows PM Modi performing Trikonasana (triangle pose) was also an effort to urge people to take up Yoga for a healthier lifestyle. “On 21st June, we will mark #YogaDay2019. I urge you all to make Yoga an integral part of your life and also inspire others to do the same. The benefits of Yoga are tremendous. Here is a video on Trikonasana,” PM Modi said on Wednesday, 5 June.
