A fire broke out at a factory in west Delhi’s Naraina on Thursday, 14 February, the Delhi Fire Service said.

A senior fire service officer told PTI that a call was received at 7:10 am, after which 23 fire tenders were rushed to the spot.

No causalities have been reported. The cause of the fire is not immediately known, he said.

The incident occurred a day after over 200 shanties were gutted in Delhi’s Paschim Puri. A day before that, 17 people were killed in a deadly blaze at the Arpit Palace hotel in Karol Bagh.
