The results for the Nagaland’s Dear Ostrich Evening Lottery will be declared by the Nagaland State Lottery Department today i.e., 22 June at 8 pm. The participants of this lottery can check the result on the official website of the Nagaland State Lottery at http://www.nagalandlotteries.com/
The first prize winner of this lottery will get a prize of Rupees 25.05 lakh, while the second and third prize of the lottery is Rupees 9000 and 500 respectively. There are fourth and fifth prizes as well which are Rupees 250 and Rupees 120 respectively. This lottery also has a consolation prize of Rupees 1000 which is awarded to multiple participants.
The Nagaland lottery department publishes a gazette which has the list of all the winners. The winners are advised to cross check the results published in the gazette before claiming their prizes.
The participants will be awarded their respective prizes by the director of the lottery department only after the completion of the necessary formalities. The participants who win prizes must fill a form that is available on the website of Nagaland Lotteries. The form has details such as - Name, Postal Address, Name of the Lottery, Prize amount, PAN Number, Contact Number and Bank details like Bank Account Number, IFSC code, Name of the Bank and Branch. In addition to this, the participants also have to submit cancelled cheques and their claims of Taxable Prizes to The Director of Nagaland State Lotteries.
Winners of prizes given by the Nagaland lottery cannot claim their prizes with mutilated or defaced tickets, if they do they can be sued in the court of law according to Nagaland law.
