Neerja Bhanot’s biopic is set to be released on 19 February. Her valourous last moments as an air hostess for the Pan Am Flight 73, earned her an Ashok Chakra award, making her the first and only woman recipient of India’s highest civilian award for bravery.
23-year-old Neerja died while saving hundreds of passengers onboard the Mumbai-New York flight when it was hijacked by four Palestinian terrorists in Karachi.
