RJD supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav said the railway hotel tender case against him is a fraudulent case filed to ruin his family.

“BJP, Amit Shah and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are a party to this,” he told reporters on Thursday.

Yadav visited at CBI Headquarters in New Delhi on 5 October, along with his daughter Misa Bharti in connection to the ongoing probe into alleged irregularities in IRCTC hotels' contract case.

The CBI on Tuesday issued fresh summons on 26 September – the third of the month – to RJD chief Lalu Prasad and his son Tejashwi Yadav in connection with the case.
