A 26-year-old journalist from Kerala, Nithin Das, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his rented room, on Sunday, near Velliparamba in Kozhikode.

Alarmed colleagues who went to his residence when he didn’t show up for work found him hanging, Times of India reported.

Preliminary investigations points at suicide but police are still tight-lipped on the matter, news reports say. Further details are awaited.
