  • The last coach (guard coach) of the Jammu Tawi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express derailed on arrival at the New Delhi Railway Station at 6 am on 14 September.
  • No injuries or casualties have been reported so far.
  • On 7 September, the engine and power cars of Delhi-bound Rajdhani Express went off tracks in New Delhi, hours after seven coaches of the Shaktipunj Express derailed in Uttar Pradesh.
