On Saturday, 23 March, former Chief Election Commissioner of India Navin Chawla’s latest book ‘Every Vote Counts’, was launched at New Delhi’s Taj Mahal Hotel on Man Singh Road. India is on the cusp of change, and with its parliamentary elections coming up, every household , every chai tapri, and of course, every newsroom, is abuzz with one thought: what next for India? Who’s going to form the next government?

Navin Chawla’s book was launched by former Vice President of India, Hamid Ansari. Then a discussion ensued between the author and N Ram, Chairman of the Hindu Group of Publications.
