A bus fell off a flyover in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh, killing at least seven people and injuring 13 others early on Tuesday.

The bus was going from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad and fell into a river near Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.

The incident occurred after another driver took control of the bus at Vijayawada. The bus later flew off a bridge divider and plunged through the gap in Mullapadu.

Gas cutters were used to rescue the passengers, NDTV reported.
