Karnataka Dalit Sangha activists attacked actor and former contestant of Bigg Boss Kannada (BBK), Huccha Venkat, with ink, on Wednesday night.

Suvarna TV reported that the actor was attacked when he was travelling towards Kasthurba road in Bengaluru in a car.

In the video of the incident, three activists ask the actor to come out of the car, but he refuses. They halt him for some time before throwing ink at him.

The activists reportedly attacked the actor because he made a derogatory remark about Dr B R Ambedkar while speaking on a television channel.

Huccha Venkat had earlier stirred a controversy in the Kannada film and entertainment world after he was asked to leave Bigg Boss Kannada, following his alleged assault on a fellow contestant.
