Goa chief minister and former Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar passed away on Sunday, 17 March, at the age of 63 in Panaji after ailing from pancreatic cancer.

The four-time Goa chief minister breathed his last at his residence.

Several Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh and Madhur Bhandakar, Sunday expressed grief over his demise.
