A plea filed by Skylight Hospitality, a firm linked to Robert Vadra, has been rejected by the Rajasthan High Court. The company had challenged the summons of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), and now, the court has directed the company’s representative to appear before it.
Mahesh Nagar, the firm’s representative, has been asked to appear for an interrogation in connection with the company’s involvement in a money laundering case related to the land deals in Bikaner, in the presence of his counsel. The interrogation has been scheduled for the first week of January.
Earlier, the Bikaner police had also summoned Nagar for interrogation regarding land deals in Bikaner. Nagar reportedly also invested in land in Haryana on behalf of the firm, claimed ED officials, citing the chargesheet filed by Bikaner police in the land allotments.
