Bihar Topper Scam: SIT Arrests Ruby Rai’s Father From Bhagwanpur

• A Special Investigation Team arrested Ruby Rai's father Avdesh Rai on Saturday from Bhagwanpur, Bihar.
• Ruby Rai was at the centre of the topper’s scandal in the Bihar School Examination Control Board (BSEB) in 2016.
• Rai, who was the Political Science topper of her year, said in a video that the subject she had topped in was about the ‘art of cooking’.
