On Wednesday evening, senior journalist Aparna Kalra was attacked as she was on her evening walk in Picnic Hut park in Ashok Vihar. But nearly two days after the incident, the park has no lights, no security and no CCTV cameras. Regular visitors to the park say, “We don’t stay here after 7pm.”
