The ABP News, in collaboration with Centre for the Study of Developing Societies (CSDS), has released the result of their opinion poll survey. According to the ABP-CSDS opinion polls, if the Assembly elections were to be held in Rajasthan on 8 November, the Indian National Congress (INC) would’ve gotten a clear sweep.

According to the ABP-CSDS opinion poll survey, the Congress has jumped numbers in their vote-share by 12 percent. The survey also showed that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s vote share has been affected drastically.

Congress is predicted to win the assembly election in Rajasthan.

From winning 163 seats in 2013 in the state, the BJP is expected to secure 84 seats, which is 41 percent of the total vote share. The Congress is kicking up in terms of numbers at 110, which comes down to a total of 45 percent vote share. The Congress managed to secure only 21 seats in 2013 assembly elections.

The opinion poll survey showed that the Others is expected to grab six seats, which is 14 percent. In the previous elections, Others secured 16 seats in the assembly. As per the survey, the Congress seems to be winning the elections in the state. Rajasthan also has a trend of switching the ruling parties every election.
