5 Soldiers Injured in J&K Infiltration Bid, Fight Continues

An ongoing encounter between soldiers and inflitrators from Pakistan-Occupied-Kashmir injured 5 soldiers in Kashmir

• Five soldiers were injured in an ongoing encounter near the Line of Control in Macchil Sector of Kupwara District, Kashmir on Tuesday.
  
  
• Army troops intercepted an infiltration bid by a group of terrorists entering from Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir.
  
  
• An army official said the militants have been engaged by the soldiers and exchange of firing was going on till reports last came in.
