A 16-year old school boy has accused his friend’s mother of forcing herself upon him, making an obscene video and blackmailing him into having a physical relationship with her for the last three months, according to an article in the DNA.
The boy, who is a resident of Chembur, Mumbai has lodged a complaint, with the RCF police station. In his complaint the boy says that he had gone to meet his best friend. His friend was not there, but his friend’s mother asked him to wait inside the house.
The boy says she offered him a soft drink that was spiked with a chemical which made him lose his consciousness. Taking advantage, the woman then stripped him, forced herself upon him and recoded a video of the act.
The incident came to light when his parents noticed the sudden change in his behaviour and started to probe the matter.
Initially, he did not respond to my enquiries, but later he told us the whole thing. He said that the woman would also take him on outings. Moreover, she claimed that she was pregnant and that she would accuse him of rape if he ever told anybody what had happened. My son also told us that she allegedly took him to a temple in Vashi and got ‘married’ to him, and threatened to tell his parents about it.

The victim lives along with his parents and two other siblings at a MHADA building in Chembur.
