Two Indian sailors died and three were seriously injured after a fire broke out in a vessel in Yemen, on Monday. The vessel was named Al-Sadda.

Minister of External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj, informed about the accident in a series of tweets.

The injured have been taken to a hospital in Salalah in Oman. The Indian missions in Djibouti and Oman have been rushed to the site of the accident to provide assistance.
