Tiger Memon’s Arrest in Karachi Doesn’t Enthuse India

Tiger Memon was arrested in Pakistan but India isn’t ecstatic.

The Tiger Memon arrested in Karachi on Wednesday isn’t the Mumbai serial blasts mastermind, but happens to be a person who goes by the name Fukran.

Wanted in several cases, the Pakistani resident has been accused of harassing girls and threatening others in the name of Memon.

Earlier today, a TV channel flashed the news that Memon has been held during raids in Pakistan, sending media channels into a tizzy but it turned out to be a false alarm.

One of India’s most wanted men and the main conspirator behind the 1993 Mumbai blasts, Memon had fled to Dubai just after the devastating incident.
