A BSF jawan succumbed to injuries sustained in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan in Arnia area of Jammu and Kashmir's RS Pura sector on Friday morning. The deceased has been identified as Ct Brijendra Bahadur Singh.

This comes a day after Pakistan summoned the Indian Deputy High Commissioner at the Foreign Office in Islamabad to question the allegedly constant ceasefire violation at the LoC by Indian soldiers, reported The Hindu.
