Ola Cab Driver Allegedly Beaten Up by African Nationals in Delhi

  • An Ola Cab driver, Nurrudin, was allegedly beaten up by a group of Africans after refusing to carry more than 4 passengers at a time in Delhi.

  • The group of men and women were travelling from Dwarka to Rajpur on the morning of 30 May, according to a CNN News18 report. He was taken to AIIMS Trauma centre, the report said.

  • The men managed to escape, however, one of the women, who was not carrying any documents, has been detained by the police as her credentials are being verified.

    The incident comes after a recent spate of attacks on African nationals.
