The speech made by Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on All India Radio on the night of June 25, 1975 declaring a state of Emergency will feature in the period thriller film Sann Pachattar.
The audio rights of the famous Indira Gandhi Emergency speech have been taken from All India Radio, and the video rights are being taken from Film Division of India as they are the sole rights holder.
