Gaya Road-Rage: JD(U) Suspends MLC Manorama Devi For Defending Son

The police promised a speedy trial for Rocky Yadav in the Bihar Teen’s Murder case to allow justice to prevail.

Janata Dal (United) suspended MLC Manorama Devi on Tuesday after her son Rocky Yadav confessed to killing a teen in a case of alleged road rage.

Rocky, accused of killing 19-year-old Aditya Sachdeva was absconding till police arrested him in his father’s mixer plant.

Police claimed that the pistol used in the killing of Aditya Sachdeva has also been recovered, along with liquor, from the accused.

The murder triggered protests and the state government faced criticism from the opposition for the alleged law and order break down. The police has promised a speedy trial for Rocky Yadav to allow justice to prevail.
