A picture has emerged that shows the BJP flag hoisted high above the Indian National Flag at a BJP rally at Ramlila Maidan in Ghaziabad.

The BJP flag was hoisted above the Indian national flag for at least half an hour, before UP CM Yogi Adityanath arrived at the rally. Party supporters reportedly climbed the structure and hoisted the flag, as confirmed by witnesses and journalists present on the ground.

After pictures started being circulated online, the district administration took the flag down. The flag was reportedly taken down before Yogi arrived at the rally.
