Bihar Toppers Scam: Alleged Mastermind Bachcha Rai Arrested

- The alleged kingpin of the toppers’ scam in Bihar Intermediate exams, Baccha Rai, who is also the principal of Vishun Rai University, was arrested in Vaishal, Bihar on Saturday.
- An FIR was lodged against him and four other 10+2 toppers after the chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) alleged irregularities in the exam.
- The Arts and Science toppers Ruby Rai and Saurabh Shrestha respectively, who came under the scanner for not displaying even the basic knowledge of their subjects, belonged to Vishun Rai university.
