AAP MLA Dinesh Mohaniya Granted Bail in Molestation Case

• Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Dinesh Mohaniya was granted bail on Wednesday by Delhi’s Saket Court in connection with a molestation case against him, reported The Indian Express.
  
  
• He was arrested by Delhi Police on Saturday on charges of allegedly misbehaving with a group of women. His bail plea was earlier rejected and he was sent to 14-day judicial custody.
  
  
• The vice chairman of Delhi Jal Board is the eighth AAP MLA to be arrested by Delhi Police since the party came to power in February 2015.
