  • Succumbing to increasing pressure by opposition parties, Aam Aadmi Party MLA, Bhagwant Mann on Friday, offered an ‘unconditional apology’ for live-streaming a video live on Facebook from inside the parliament.

  • Mann’s apology did little to calm the uproar in the Parliament, as noisy protests by opposition parties led to it being adjourned till Monday.

  • On Thursday, Mann had drawn a lot of criticism from the opposition after he live streamed a video on Facebook allegedly showing the details of the security arrangement in the premises of the Parliament.

  • In the nearly 12 minute video, Mann sitting inside his vehicle enters the Parliament premises telling his viewers “I’ll today show you something you would not have seen earlier.”
