The SSC or the Class 10 result for Maharashtra state board is declared on 8 June 2019. The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE), Pune will be uploading the SSC result at 1 pm today.
The Maharashtra Board SSC result was announced in a press conference at 11 am today however, the MSBSHSE results were available online from 1 pm. About 17 lakh students had appeared for the examination this year and were waiting for their results. MSBSHSE had declared the HSC Class 12 result on 28 May 2019.
LOWEST PASSING % IN A DECADE
Nearly 77.10% students have cleared the Maharashtra Board SSC examination this year and 20 students have scored 100% marks in the Maharashtra SSC Result. However, it is the lowest pass percentage recorded since 2007 when 78% students had cleared the exam. Last year’s passing percentage was 89.41%.
With only 67.27% as the passing percentage, Nagpur is the worst performing district in the state.

The examination for Maharashtra SSC were conducted from 1 March to 22 March 2019 and more than 16 lakh candidates had appeared for the examination this year.
