The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is conducted multiple times in a year in India. Students who are willing to study abroad, IELTS is the most essential and common exam to apply.

Along with this exam Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE) are also opted by the students to study abroad. The score for these exams are valid for a period of two years. There are four categories which are required to assess the academic skills for these exams including reading, listening, writing and speaking.

How to Apply For IELTS Exam?

• Register Online via Credit Card

1. For this option visit the official website of IELTS at ieltsidpindia.com
2. Click on the option ‘Register For Test’
3. Select the test, type of test and the city you want to give the exam in.
4. Click on ‘View Test Dates’
5. Fill in the online application form
6. Pay the test fee via credit card (Visa/Master)
7. The seat will be booked after the payment is completed.

• Register In-Person at a Branch Near Your City

1. Visit the branch near your city
2. Fill in the application form by using a computer in the centre.
3. Pay the application fee via credit/debit card or a demand draft

• Register by Courier and Pay via Demand Draft

1. Candidates need to download the application form or collect it from the nearest branch
2. Sign the attached terms and condition sheet
3. Attach a photocopy of your ID proof for eg: Passport, Driving licence etc. (first and last page) and any observational page
4. Send the demand draft with the test fee to the official address of the IDP Education India Pvt Ltd.
