The Admit cards for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2019 examination were released on Friday, 4 January. Candidates who have applied for the GATE 2019 examination can download the admit card on the official portal of GATE 2019 around 4:00 pm today.
This year, IIT Madras is the organising institute for GATE 2019.
Candidates are advised to save their admit card and take a print of the same as “no admit card would be sent by post or as an e-mail attachment”, a circular on the website said.
GATE 2019 will be conducted for 24 subjects and the papers would be distributed over 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10th of February 2019.
The GATE examination, which will be a Computer Based Test (CBT), will be conducted in different cities across India, as well as in six cities outside india.
The score for GATE 2019 will be valid for three years from the date of announcement of the results, a circular on the website said.
GATE is an examination conducted jointly by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and the seven Indian Institutes of Technology.
