Come first week of May and Delhi University will roll out its registration process for undergraduate admissions for the session 2018-19. This means that students seeking to get admission to Delhi University colleges will be able to register themselves with the University starting next week. This will make them eligible to seek admission to Delhi University colleges.

The University has streamlined the admission process this year onwards, with a single centralised admission portal for all courses. Earlier, registration for entrance test based professional undergraduate courses and merit based undergraduate courses was done through separate portals.

The registrations for merit-based courses, in all probability, will go on till June – the time by when most boards come out with their results. The registration for entrance-based courses might end a bit sooner. The date for the entrance exams will be announced in May.

The first-cut off is likely to be released in the second week of June, reported The Times of India.

The registration for the postgraduate courses is likely to take some more time.

Delhi University holds entrance tests for undergraduate admissions to courses such as Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelors of Elementary Education, BA (H) Multimedia and Mass Communication, BA Business Economics, BSc in Physical Education, Health Education & Sports.
