The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the examination date of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2018 on its official website, http://www.ctet.nic.in.
The examination is being conducted in and around 92 cities across the country. HRD Minister Prakash Javdekar confirmed that CTET will be conducted in all Indian languages:

CTET 2018 exam will be conducted on December 9, 2018.
CTET 2018 will be conducted in 2 phases:
Candidates who intend to qualify both levels (class 1 to 5 and class 6 to 8) will have to appear in both the papers.
Candidates who score 60 per cent or more in the exam will be considered as TET pass. The validity of CTET qualifying certificate is seven years from the date of declaration of the result.
CTET will be Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) based online exam, with four alternatives and one correct answer. Each question carries one mark with no negative marking.
The online registration process commenced on 1st of August this month and concluded on 27th August 2018. Candidates who have successfully registered for CTET 2018 can pay the application fee until Thursday, 30th August 2018. The dates for downloading admit card will be available on CTET official website.
