A moderate 5.8 magnitude earthquake rocked Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Monday, days after 40 people were killed in a powerful quake in PoK and other parts of the country.

A police station was set on fire in Bengal’s Malda district on 13 October after a 50-year-old man arrested over gambling charges allegedly died while in police custody.

The Madhya Pradesh police sought permission from a court in Indore on Monday, 14 October, to obtain voice and handwriting samples of two women accused in the honey-trap and blackmail racket busted in September.
