IGNOU to Conduct Term-End Exams From 1 December
The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) will conduct their term-end examinations (TEE) 1 December onwards. The exams will last till 23 December. The university has set up more than 850 examination centers, and around 5 lakh students are eligible to give these examinations.
Out of the 855 examination centres, 16 will be overseas and 90 will be in the jails for jail inmates, reported The Hindustan Times. The admit cards will be available on IGNOU’s website. However, the university’s website www.ignou.ac.in is currently down.
Students will be able to download the admit card from the university’s official website.
The university’s press release has stated that students without admit cards will also be permitted in the examination hall provided their name is in the list. Though entry to the examination hall will be allowed without the admit card, possession of a valid ID card by IGNOU will be mandatory.
Students are advised to contact the respective regional centres in the last week of December 2017 for their practical examinations.
Following are the steps to download the TEE admit cards for December 2017:

- Click on the notification that says “Hall Tickets for Dec 2017 Term End Examination”.
- Enter your nine-digit enrollment number and select your course.
