Dear Soldier,

As citizens of this country, our heart skips a beat when our brothers, fathers and sons head towards any battle without thinking of their own lives. We pray that you come back victorious and alive. Unfortunately, that is not the case always.

We get angry and our blood boils when a few rogue politicians question your loyalty to the nation. The entire nation stands by you while you guard the borders.

We are always there with you and have complete faith in your service and loyalty. God forbid, if a situation arises, we will fight by your side and defeat our enemy. But we know we wouldn't have to do that as you, and by extension the Indian Army, form the deadliest, most noble, humane force.

Jai Hind! Jai Jawan!
