Dear soldier,

We watch many movies based on your life, most recently Uri, in which the motto of the Regiment was ‘balidan param dharma’. I didn’t really know why that was the motto, until after the film. I understand better now that it is you who added meaning to each and every line.

The viewer gets an idea of the sacrifices you make and the hardships you are going through in your daily life through the motto used in the film. Yet here we are, cribbing about our issues. There is much more to applaud you for, your teachings, but words aren’t apt enough to thank you for giving us safety for our lifetime.

Today and every other day we pray for your good health and blessing from the almighty. Keep showering your motivation on us and let us be in your safest arm.

Your true admirer,
Chetana
