Sandesh to a Soldier: ‘Thank You For Putting the Country First’

Dear Soldier,
With utmost respect for you, on behalf of thousands of admirers like myself, I hereby convey my sincere gratitude to you – the heroes of our country.
Many people, while growing up to their age of understanding, think of how they could maintain a comfortable life. However, there are a few among us (like you) who think to devote themselves in service of the people and the country.
Credit goes to you for the safe sleep we get each night, in a secure atmosphere.
Being at the battlefield, while fighting for the nation, you keep the pride of their people and your country as priority.
You have the strength of being away from your families for a long period of time only because of your dedication and devotion to the nation.
As we observe our 73rd Independence Day this year, I urge others to commit to do something better for our country, and encourage our soldiers, the true sons of the soil.
