It is sweet and has a cooling effect, hydrates the body, and contains vital minerals and vitamins that help in balancing the fluid and electrolytes loss in our bodies during the summer season.

2. Watermelon

Contrary to what many believe, watermelon is not just water and sugar, it is considered a nutrient-dense food that provides a high amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for a low amount of calories.
